Coffins are built to be sturdy. Anything with bones, skulls, moths, butterflies or bugs are real and very delicate. Please be gentle. Any items that are in a closed container or shadow box, I do not recommend trying to open them up. It does put the item at risk of being damaged.

Contact me within 15 days of delivery.
Ship item back within 20 days of delivery.

Conditions of exchange:
If the item broke during the delivery process, please take photos and email me right away before shipping back. If the item was broken by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
